2.1 Event Cancellation: In the rare event that an organizer cancels an event, attendees may be eligible for a full or partial refund. The refund process and amount will be determined by the organizer, and AFAGolf.com will facilitate the refund as instructed.

2.2 Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, registered attendees will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund. The refund process and conditions will be communicated by the organizer.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Requests: To request a refund, attendees must contact our customer support team by contact@afagolf.com. Please include the event name, order number, and a reason for the refund request.

3.2 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid refund request. The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the attendee’s account may vary based on the payment method and banking institutions.

4. No-shows and Partial Attendance

4.1 No-shows: No refunds will be provided for attendees who do not attend the event (no-shows) without prior cancellation.

4.2 Partial Attendance: No refunds will be provided for attendees who attend only part of the event.
